Inspect and tighten all loose spokes.
9.
Inspect for air leakage by applying air to the
tube and placing it in water.
10.
Inspect the inner and outer portion of tires for
any abnomality. (Refer to Fig. 4. 89)

Assembly

Place the inner tube between the rim and the
tire, and apply a small amount of air and fix the
bead section to the rim.

When the tire is coupled, apply

the
amount of air designated, and lightly hit the tire
with a wooden mallet to prevent inner tube
protrusion.

The valve of the tube should point toward the
axle.
2.
Apply grease to ball bearing 6303 R, and the
rear wheel hub.
Insert the spacer and hit 6303 R
ball bearing into position (Refer to Fig. 4. 90)
(CAUTION)
As ball bearing 6303 R employs ball bearing
with dust seat, check the difference of the external
and internal sides. (Refer to Fig.
4.
90)
3.
After
the oil seal is installed,
the
sprocket
retaining bolt should be inserted into the drive
flange and the final driven sprocket tightened by
the 8 mm tongued washer and 8 mm thin nut.
