Disassembly

Remove the piston pin retainer from the removed
crankshaft and remove the piston pin.

3. 95)

When the piston pin is removed, attention should
be directed so that the ring is not twisted.

ployment of the piston ring tool is recommended.

Inspection
l.
Before cleaning, carbon adhering to the piston
head or sing groove should be removed with out
the piston being scarred.
(CAUTION)
Sandpaper should not be used
for
removing.

Measurement of outside diameter of the piston.
