Use your directory

Once a personal directory is created, use the following procedures to:

Use procedure 6-6 to dial a number automatically from your directory.

Charge a call
Use the following procedures to charge a call to an account number before
dialing the number or after the call is in progress. Additionally, use the
following procedure to charge a portion of the call when a new person is
conferenced into the call or when a call is transferred.

Touch Directory.
Touch Edit.
Touch the entry to remove from Page 1.
Touch Remove From Page 1 to remove the entry.
Touch OK or EXIT.

charge a call to an account number
find a name
use a password to lock/unlock your directory
Touch Directory.
Touch the Arrows at the top of the screen to find the number to dial.
Touch the number.
Select a line if making a handsfree call or pick up the handset. The number is
automatically dialed.
Touch a free phone line.
Touch Charge.
