Controller card message translation

The Controller Card Message Translation feature receives DMSX format
messages from the XPM (XMS-based Peripheral Module), such as a Line
Group Controller (LGC), Line Trunk Controller (LTC), or Remote Cluster
Controller (RCC), and sends DMSX format messages to the XPM. The
controller card's Product Engineering Code (PEC) is NT7D07AC. It sends and
receives DMSX format messages using the Common Channel Signaling Chip
(S71). The DS30A link provides the interface between the XPM and the IPE
modules in the SL-100 environment.
