<1> When Pressure Control is enabled (Q5-01 = 1), the action of the analog input is normal. A higher voltage or current on the input causes a higher
pressure to be read in the drive.
<2> When Vacuum Control is enabled (Q5-01 = 2), the action of the analog input is reversed. A higher voltage or current on the input causes a lower
pressure (or higher level of vacuum) to be read in the drive.

When Suction Pressure Control is enabled (Q5-01 = 1)

Selects the data to be output through multi-function analog
output terminal FM.
Term FM FuncSel
Set the desired monitor parameter to the digits available in
Uo-oo.
For example, enter "103" for U1-03.
Sets the signal level at terminal FM that is equal to 100% of the
selected monitor value.
Terminal FM Gain
Sets the signal level at terminal FM that is equal to 0% of the
selected monitor value.
Terminal FM Bias
Selects the data to be output through multi-function analog
output terminal AM.
Terminal AM Sel
Set the desired monitor parameter to the digits available in
Uo-oo.
For example, enter "103" for U1-03.
Sets the signal level at terminal AM that is equal to 100% of the
selected monitor value.
Terminal AM Gain
Sets the signal level at terminal AM that is equal to 0% of the
