Instructions
Combine the curds, besan, ginger paste, green chili paste,
salt and 1 cup of water in a deep bowl and mix well using
a whisk or mixer grinder. Keep aside. Put rice, water and
ghee, cumin seeds in a microwave safe bowl. Take another
microwave safe bowl add some oil then add the mustard
seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, chilli powder
and turmeric powder, mix well and add curd-besan
mixture to the prepared mixture and mix well, add water.
Press a START/+30s button on microwave oven. When
the beeps, stir well and press a START/+30s button again.
After cooking, take out serve hot.

White rice (not minute rice) - 1 cup, Water -
2 cups, Ghee - 1 tsp.
