Basic Operation
Program—Storing and Recalling Your Copy Settings in Memory
You can store up to five frequently used copy job settings in machine memory and recall them for future use.
Note
If you want to change the stored programs, store another program again.
Storing Your Settings

Set the copy settings you want to put into
memory.

Press the Program key.

Press the [Program] key.

Select the program number you want to store
the settings in.
Note
If this program number is already being used, the ma-
chine asks whether you wish to overwrite it or not. Press
the [Yes] or [No] key.
Recalling Your Settings

Press the Program key.
Note
If you want to recall Area Edit settings stored in a pro-
gram, press the [Area Editing] key then press the Pro-
gram key.
After you recall the Area Edit settings stored in a pro-
gram, you can change them. However, you can not
add or delete the Area/Group.

Press the [Recall] key.

Select the program number you want to recall.
The stored settings are displayed.
Note
Only programs with m contain a program.

Set your originals, then press the Start key.
