Removing a Blank Drive Bezel

5-18 Upgrading the Desktop Workstation
1. If you have locked the Smart Cover Lock, use Computer
Setup to unlock the lock and disable the Smart Cover
Sensor.
2. Shut down the operating system properly, turn off the
workstation and any external devices, then disconnect the
power cord from the electrical outlet.
3. Remove the workstation cover and set it with its top down
on a protected work surface.
4. Squeeze together the sides of the right end of the
appropriate drive bezel blank to release the catches, then
remove the bezel blank.
