FLASH MEMORY (IC901)
If the unit is working correctly but the VOICE GUIDANCE (voice prompt) is not heard, you should check the
Flash Memory.
Check the voice prompt.

Replace IC501 and IC901.
A voice message is pre-recorded in the Flash Memory (IC901). So, when you find an IC901 malfunction and exchange it
with a new one. You have to pre-record the voice message by using a Voice Prompt IC (See 14.8. FIXTURES AND TOOLS.).
How to use the Voice Prompt IC.
1. Turn the AC power OFF.
2. Exchange the regular system ROM with the special ROM.
3. Turn the AC power ON.
4. The Voice Message Recording starts automatically.

6. Exchange the special ROM with the regular system ROM.
