Adjusting the Computer Graphics and Video Image
Mix Level
You can display a video image over the monochrome portion of a
computer graphics image by selecting the MIX mode on the JTC-C200 or
the INPUT-1&2 mode on this unit.
To specify the area of the computer graphics image to be mixed with the
video image, set the data for the upper limit (MAX) and lower limit (MIN)
of the R, G and B levels.
Example: To display the video image on the black and dark gray portion
of the computer graphics image

Adjusting the mix level

Establish communication with the ICU controller (page 21) and
display the MAIN MENU.

Set the screen display mode to the mix mode.
Press the MIX button on the JTC-C200 or select MASTER on the
SWITCHER CONTROL menu of this unit to INPUT-1&2.

Display the MAIN MENU, press the v or V button to select SCREEN
CONTROL and press the ENTER button.
The SCREEN CONTROL menu appears.

Set the MIX LEVEL on the SCREEN CONTROL menu as follows:

Set the MAX and MIN levels of R, G and B.
Press the v or V button to select the MIX LEVEL item you want to
adjust and press the B or b button to adjust its level.
By pressing the v button, the items are selected in order: RED MAX
n GRN MAX n BLU MAX n RED MIN n GRN MIN n BLU
MIN. By pressing the V button, they are selected in the reverse order.
The adjustable range for each item is 0 – 255.

The adjusted data are stored in memory.
To return to the MAIN MENU
Press the MENU button.
Note
Do not press the MENU button before pressing the ENTER button in step
5. If you do, the adjusted data are not stored in the memory.
