Adjustment of the course bus parameter

The parameter 1 to 6 in the table in section 3.3.2 configure the course bus operation.
With the parameter in 7 to 14 the current types of NMEA telegrams are selected.
The adjustments of the parameter 7 to 14 do not influence the Repeater Compass in course
bus operation.
3.3.4

Adjustment of the NMEA telegrams

The parameter 7 to 14 in section 3.3.2 select the NMEA telegrams that are transmitted by
the heading sensor.
Define all NMEA telegrams that are used by the heading sensor.
The definition of more than one telegram is permitted.
The adjustments of the NMEA parameter 7 to 14 can be combined with several adjustments
of the parameter 1 to 6. But only a few adjustments are permitted.
The valid combinations between the adjustment of the NMEA telegrams and the course bus
are described in the table below:

CAUTION!
Switch off the power supply of the Repeater Compass
after finishing the configuration and restart it.
During the restart the Repeater Compass checks the
validity of the configuration.
