The following table shows the meanings of the indicator displays of the Analog I/O Unit. The contents
shown here are the same for all models. For error processing specific to each Unit, refer to 2-1-13 Error
Processing for CJ1W-PDC15, 3-1-12 Error Processing for CJ1W-AD04U, and 3-2-13 Error Processing
for CJ1W-PH41U.
