the Controller is reset or the Unit is restarted.

Operates with the setting parameters set from the
CPU Unit.
12345: Automatically sets the default values for the
setting parameters.
Process Value H (high limit) Alarm Setting (Set at process
value scaling value.)
Process Value L (low limit) Alarm Setting (Set at process
value scaling value.)
Gain for Span Adjustment (set value × 0.0001)
