Fault Descriptions
Name
Ground fault:
The AC drive output is
abnormal. When the
output terminal is
grounded (short circuit
current is 50% more
than the AC drive rated
current), the AC drive
power module may be
damaged. The short
circuit protection is
provided for AC drive
protection, not user
protection.
External Base Block.
AC drive output is turned
off.

Corrective Actions
Ground fault:
1. Check whether the IGBT power module
is damaged.
2. Check for possible poor insulation at the
output line.
1. When the external input terminal (B.B) is
active, the AC drive output will be turned
off.
2. Disable this connection and the AC drive
will begin to work again.
1. Check parameter settings (Pr.10-00)
and AVI/ACI1/ACI2 wiring.
2. Check for possible fault between system
reaction time and the feedback signal
detection time (Pr.10-08/Pr.10-09).
Return to the factory.
