Optical sensor and controller replacement

1. Remove the controller cover (1). See Controller cover disassembly [
2. Press the controller locking pad
3. Loosen the four screws (4).
4. Remove the plate
5. The optical sensor

6. Disconnect the cables from the controller by pressing on the clip and pulling them.

To replace the optical sensor, you also have to disassemble the motor. See Motor
replacement [
7. Reverse above procedure steps to rebuild.
Caution - material
When refitting, always use the cables guide to secure the cables. This will prevent the
cables from being crushed or cut when closing the cover.
