Checking the doors for tightness

Test with paper strips. You should not be able to
pull out a paper strip (approx. 20 mm wide) that
has been jammed into the door.
Alternatively: carry out a chalk test
In order to accurately test the door tightness, apply
chalk to the sealing contour of the boiler body.
Close the doors, open them again and examine the
packing cord. Leaks are evident where the chalk
has left no mark on the packing cord.
2. If necessary, readjust the doors.
Note
Depending on the location of the leak, either the
hinges or the lock plates or both can be adjusted.

Note
Before adjusting the doors, remove the upper and front
casing from the boiler.

3. After this, check the function of the door contact
switch.
4. If a leak still exists, replace gasket

If doors were leaking, clean the Lambda probe and
calibrate.
