1. Only for pellet supply via flexible screw con-

Fit the l.h. side panel on the l.h. side of the boiler.
In doing so, insert feed unit cable

2. Push the supplied seal ring onto the screw con-
veyor tube of the connection unit as far as the front
flange.
3.
Insert the threaded studs with the short thread

into the supply flange on the boiler.
■
Push the flat gasket onto the threaded studs.
■
Push connection unit onto the threaded studs.
■
Position the connection unit parallel to the top of
the boiler (not horizontally as the boiler is posi-
tioned with a slight slope towards the front) and
secure with nuts. Torque: 20 Nm.

Fit the gasket to the rotary lock valve.

Parts for steps 4 and 5 can be found in the box for
the pellet hopper with vacuum module.
5. Secure intermediate flange with 4 screws. Ensure
correct positioning: Incline

Pull the plug cable from the last cable tie. After fit-
ting the vacuum module below the mounting
bracket, route the plug cable through the cable tie
and plug it into the connection unit. See page 18.
