Preacher Curl

Pull out the pop-pin and slide the Preacher
Curl Assembly into place. When the Preacher
Curl is at the desired height, release the pop-
pin to lock in place.

Multi-Position Bench

The bench can be used in either of the
following positions:
• Flat on the seat rail with the roller seat
locked into the holes farthest from the
engine on the rail, or
• At a 45-degree angle with the top of
the bench hooked securely onto the
hooks on the main frame assembly.

Do not use the bench in any
position other than the two
positions listed above.
