LED Indicators Base Layer

The base layer has four LED indicators that show the operating status of the Panel PC. Models with
an Expansion layer have a second row with four LED indicators that have the same function.

Meaning
There is no power supplied or the Panel PC is OFF.
Power is currently supplied and the Panel PC is in
stand-by mode.
Power is currently supplied and the Panel PC is turned
ON.
