15. Move the chest clip to the middle of the child's chest so that the
position of the shoulder portion of each belt is centered on the child's
shoulder. The belts should be away from the child's face and neck,
but not falling off the child's shoulders.
B Removing the child from the built-in child restraint

1. Disconnect the chest clip by squeezing the release tabs together
and pulling the two sides apart.
2. Press the release button on the buckle.
3. Move both belts off the child's shoulders.
Because the ALR is activated, hold either the left or right shoulder belt
out fully while helping slide the child's arms out of the belts.
4. Allow the belts to fully retract.
