3.3.3.3.1 "Select" tool

Selected Scene is "2Box."
The six active layers (including BGD) are displayed in the working area by their respective GUI colors.
The two non-active "GFX" & "Plate" layers, as indicated by the missing "eyeballs" in the "Layers" panel,
are not visible in the working area.

Left-click an object to select it, and it will be
framed in a light red color. All the surrounding
parameter panels will change to reflect the
currently selected object.

Where multiple layers overlap, a right mouse-
click will open a context box allowing you to
select the desired layer.
