Log (base 2) of the size of a virtual
function's UAR BAR in megabytes
5th Generation Parameter:
NON_PREFETCHABLE_PF_BAR
When set, the PF BAR 'prefetchable'
bit is cleared.
Note: PCI switches and operation
systems have dedicated quotas for
non-prefetchable memory hence, you
may need to decrease
log_pf_uar_bar_size to enable this
feature.

and available system resources)
