Specifying the number of rings

Press the Utility key.

Use the +/, key to select [FAX RX OPERATION], then press the OK key.

Use the +/, key to select [NO. of RINGS], then press the OK key.

Enter the number of rings using the Keypad, then press the OK key.
% For the number of rings, specify a numeric value between 1 and 16.
This returns to the fax RX settings screen.

Configuring the print reduction

Use the +/, key to select [FAX RX OPERATION], then press the OK key.

Use the +/, key to select [REDUCTION RX], then press the OK key.
