Cabinet Operation

To ensure this range of cabinets maintain food products at the correct temperature, the following
information should be followed.

Loading Limits

These cabinets have a load limit that ensures food products stored within these load limits are
properly refrigerated. Food products stored outside these load limits may not be properly
refrigerated, and disturb the airflow with the result that cabinet performance is compromised and
food products may be damaged.
