Situations to avoid are:
Air draughts from:
 Air conditioning,
 Ventilation,
 Heating outlets,
 Entranceways,
Heat sources:
 Sunlight,
 Spotlights,
 Hot cabinets
 Concentrated external lighting,
 Non-insulated roofs and walls,
Mechanical damage:
 Shopping trolleys,
 Forklift trucks,
 Pallet jacks,
 Floor polishers,
Hot Food WW 3.0 Display Cabinets should be sited so that external influences are minimized.
Situations to avoid are:
Air draughts from:
 Air conditioning,
 Ventilation,
 Entranceways,
 Mechanical damage:
 Shopping trolleys,
 Forklift trucks,
 Pallet jacks,
