This is a one input, one output module with an on/off switch, If no signal is patched to the input, the
output produces a signal with the value 0 units when the switch is set to Off, and a signal with the value
+64 units when switched On.

Selects whether the incoming signal should pass through to the output or not. If no signal is patched to
the input, Off (button not depressed) outputs 0 units and On (button depressed) +64 units.
