10.2.9 Cleaning of the Cappuccinatore
Never clean the Cappuccinatore when the
machine is in "STANDBY" mode.
The CAPPUCCINATORE
cleaned every time it is used, to avoid the
solidification of deposits.
All the removable parts must be washed
and rinsed under running water.
To clean each part of the Cappuccinatore group separately, remove:
• the top protection cover, by pulling it outwards;
• remove the Cappuccinatore, by pulling it outwards;
• the fork;
• the crema adjusting lever;
• the temperature adjusting lever;
• the Cappuccinatore body cap;
• the fitting connecting the suction tube to the body of the
Cappuccinatore;
• the milk dispensing spout;
• the milk suction hose.
