Quick Setup: Check Provisioning Status
If the Automatic Synchronization is enabled, the provisioned parameters will be updated every
switch-on and then periodically. In case the inserted credentials expire, an error will be shown into
this page and displayed a button to insert new ones.
Figure 34:
Quick Setup: Check Provisioning Status – Invalid Credentials
While the device is provisioned, even if the Automatic Synchronization has been disabled, the
provisioned parameters provided by the file server cannot be changed or edited.
If you disable the file server provisioning, all the settings previously locked will be writeable again;
you need to repeat the Quick Setup Wizard to restore the provisioning.
Moreover, after the device start-up process is completed successfully through Device Enrollment
Services, the Avaya CU360 device communicates with Device Enrollment Services on subsequent
reboots to report the device IP address. However, the device does not attempt to obtain the
provisioning server address again from Device Enrollment Services unless you "Reset the device
to its factory defaults".
Release Notes for Avaya Collaboration Unit CU360
Note (internal units only)
CU360 production devices are enabled by the manufacturer to connect to DES
since first release. If you do not see the "DES Enrollment Code" option you could
have an early sample unit that does not have a serial number assigned, or the
serial number has been erased by manual re-flashing the device.
