Settings configuration and management
If you configure the phone to allow 802.1x authentication to use method EAP MD5, you cannot
disable legacy encryption. The phone warns you with a message: Allow Legacy Encryption
cannot be turned off while 802.1x with EAP MD5 is enabled.

Use this procedure to configure the legacy encryption mode of your Avaya Conference Phone
B199 through the web interface.
