Configuring Network Time Protocol (NTP)

NTP Quick Steps

The following steps are designed to show the user the necessary commands to set up NTP on an
OmniSwitch:

Designate an NTP server for the switch using the
switch with its NTP time information. For example:
-> ntp server 1.2.5.6

Activate the client side of NTP on the switch using the
-> ntp client enable

You can check the server status using the
