Out of the Box Setup Procedure during Thermostat Commissioning

1. When the thermostat is first powered up, the Wi-Fi Accessory Configuration
(WAC) Active screen will appear on top of the dealer info setup screen.

NOTE: You have 15 minutes to complete the procedure or it will time out at the
thermostat and you will receive a WAC Failed message.
2. Proceed to "HomeKit Manual Setup" on page 25 to continue the
procedure.
Out of the Box Setup Procedure after Thermostat
Commissioning
1. When the thermostat is powered is cycled, the Wi-Fi Accessory
Configuration (WAC) Active screen will appear on top of the thermostat's
home screen.

NOTE: You have 15 minutes to complete the procedure or it will time out at the
thermostat and you will receive a WAC Failed message.
2. Proceed to "HomeKit Manual Setup" to continue the procedure.

HomeKit Manual Setup

The following procedure is used when Apple Homekit was not configured
during the thermostat's commissioning phase. This procedure could also be
used if the thermostat had been configured by a previous homeowner.
1. From the thermostat's home screen, go to menu > settings > Home Kit.
Select HomeKit factory reset.

2. A pop-up screen will appear asking you to confirm that you want to reset to
default. Select YES to continue.
