Cut out the hinged cover for 3RW5 HMI

Hinged covers with correctly sized cutout can be ordered as an accessory.
Procedure
Result
You have cut out the hinged cover for a 3RW5 HMI and can installed a
3RW5 HMI High Feature (Page 61) or 3RW5 HMI Standard (Page 58) in the
3RW52 soft starter.

Detached hinged cover without cutout (Page 76)
Solid, sharp knife
Make sure that you know which 3RW5 HMI you require the cutout for.
Cutout 1: 3RW5 HMI Standard
Cutout 2: 3RW5 HMI High Feature
Cut out the required cutout along the perforated line on the rear of the hinged cover using
a solid, sharp knife.
Deburr the cut edges of the hinged cover.
