Procedure
Save the service data on the 3RW5 HMI High Feature onto the micro SD card.
Menu: "Micro SD card > Save service data to micro SD card"
Saving the service data can take a little time (> 1 minute). At the top level of the micro
SD card, a folder is created with the serial number of the 3RW52 soft starter in which the
service data are stored. Example of a created folder name: "1P3RW5 xxx-xxxxx+SLO..."

While the service data are being saved to the micro SD card, the color of the micro SD card
icon changes from blue to red on the display 3RW5 HMI High Feature. If the service data
have been saved completely, the color of the icon changes back to blue.

You have stored the service data on the micro SD card.
These service data can help Technical Support to handle the case in the event of a
Support Request (Page 12). If necessary, read the micro SD card in at a PC and send the
folder of service data as a ZIP file.
