6.Cooling System UXV 500i/700i
Loosen the bypass (smaller) and lower radiator hose (larger) clamp with a #2 Phillips
screwdriver. Free the hoses from the water pump.
The water pump has two mounting bolts (M), two cover bolts (C), and a drain bolt (D). Go
ahead and loosen the cover bolts while the water pump is installed if the cover is to be
removed. Do not remove the cover unless necessary.
