- (i3) fine grater blade / (i4) coarse grater blade: carrots, cheese, celery, etc...
- Prepare up to 800 g of food at a time (excluding raw and cooked meat).
- Up to 500 g of cheese on speed 1-2, up to 500 g of chocolate on speed 1-2.

- Never fill the mixing jug with boiling liquid.
- Never fill the mixing jug with dry ingredients only.
- Always wait for the mechanism to stop completely before removing the mixing jug.
The capacity of the mixing jug (d1) is 1.5 L maximum.
In order to use the mixing jug (d1), the mixing bowl (c1), with its cover locked (c2), must
first be in place.
- Place the mixing jug (d1) on the jug base (a2).
- Place the ingredients in the mixing jug (d1), close the lid (d2) and seal the stopper (d3).
Preparations
You can:
- finely blend up to 1.5 L of soup, cream, stewed fruit, milkshake, cocktails, etc
- homogenize all types of liquid batters (pancakes, fritters, clafoutis, puddings).
Maximum operating time: 2 minutes.

JUICING
Select speed 1 / it is essential to avoid using a higher speed.
- Remove the spindle (b) from the accessory drive.
- Fit the filter basket (g), turning it until it locks in place. The filter basket lug locks into the
slot. You will not need the mixing bowl cover (c2).
– Fit the juicing cone (k) in the central hole in the filter basket.
- Place a halved fruit on the cone and hold it in place.
Preparations
- You can make up to 800 ml of juice without emptying the bowl.
- Rinse the filter basket (g) every 500 ml.
CLEANING/CARE
- Unplug the appliance, remove and dismantle the accessories.
- Pour hot water with a few drops of liquid soap/cleanser into the mixing bowl. Close the lid.
Press the pulse button several times. Unplug the appliance. Rinse the bowl under running
water and leave to dry.
- Wash, rinse and dry the accessories, the bowls, and the covers (they are all dishwasher safe).
- Do not use abrasive sponges or any kind of metallic scourers.
- Never immerse the motor unit (a1) in water. Wipe it with a dry or slightly moistened cloth.
- If your accessories become stained by food products (carrots, oranges etc), wipe them with a
cloth soaked in vegetable oil and then clean them as normal.
- Handle the metal blade (j1), the mixing jug (d1) and the slicer blades (i) with care, as they
are extremely sharp.
