KNEADING/MIXING/CHOPPING/BLENDING
- Fit the metal blade (j1) or the plastic kneading blade (j3) on the spindle (b) and turn it until it locks.
- Fit the blade and spindle on the accessory drive.
- Place the ingredients in the bowl.
- Lock the cover in place.
Preparations
. Mixing
- You can mix 1 kg of light dough using speeds 1 to 5.
. Kneading
- You can knead a maximum of 800 g of heavy dough (sablé, shortcrust, bread dough) in 40 sec-
onds.
Important: Stop the machine as soon as the pastry/dough starts to form a ball.
. Chopping (j1)
- Chop from 150 to 800 g
- 600 g of cheese on speed 2
- 500 g of dried fruit on speed 5
- 800 g of onions on speed 3
- 600 g of spinach on speed 2
- 600 g of carrots of speed 3
- Up to 1 kg of meat on speed 10
Do not chop products that are too hard (ice, sugar) or that require fine grinding (corn, coffee).
. Blending in the mixing bowl (c1)
- You can blend up to 1 L of soup or stewed fruit in 20 seconds.
Important: Never pour boiling liquids into the bowl.
Do not exceed 1 L in the mixing bowl to avoid overflowing.
BEATING/ EMULSIFYING/WHIPPING

- Fit the emulsifying disk (e) on the spindle (b) and turn it until it locks.
- Fit the disk and spindle on the accessory drive.
- Place the ingredients in the bowl.
- Lock the cover in place.
Preparations
- You can prepare 2 to 7 egg whites and up to 300 ml of crème fraîche on speed 5.
Important: Never use the emulsifying disk (e) to knead heavy dough or to mix light dough.
Maximum operating time: 4 minutes.

GRATING/SLICINGR
- Fit your chosen blade (i) on the spindle (b).
- Fit the blade and spindle on the accessory drive.
- Lock the cover in place.
- Feed the ingredients into the chimney, guiding them with the pusher (c3), never with your
fingers or a utensil.
