- Handle the metal blade (j1), the mixing jug blade and the slicer blades (i) with care, as they
are extremely sharp. Always remove the blade using the spindle (b) before emptying the
contents of the mixing bowl.
- Do not use the mixing jug (d1) when empty.
- Seal the mixing jug base (a2) with the cover if you are not using the mixing jug.
- Always use the mixing jug with its lid.
- When slicing or grating, always use the pusher (c3) to guide foods in the chimney. Never use
your fingers or any other utensil.
- Never touch any moving parts, wait for the appliance to stop completely before removing
accessories
- Never use the accessories as a recipient (for freezing, cooking, heat sterilisation).
- Never use the accessories in a microwave oven.
- Never allow long hair, scarves, ties, etc to hang over the mixing jug (d1) or any other moving
accessories.
SETTING UP YOUR APPLIANCE
- Before using your appliance for the first time, wash all the accessories in hot soapy water, then
rinse and dry.
- Place the motor unit (a1) on a flat, clean, dry surface, and connect to the mains.
. Using the control switch (a4): in order to use the speed selector, you must first lock the
mixing bowl (c1) and the bowl cover (c2).
. Pulse (a3) : for greater control and improved blending of certain preparations.
. Continuous operation (a4) : elect the speed you want (from 1 to 10) using the control switch.
. To unlock the cover, the control switch must be returned to position 0. Turn the cover to
the right in order to unlock it.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
Your food processor can prepare from 150 g to a maximum of 1 kg.
Mixing bowl capacity: 1.75 L. Mixing jug capacity: 1.5 L.
Mixing bowl (c1)
- Lock the mixing bowl (c1) on the motor unit (a1).
- Fix your chosen accessory in the mixing bowl.
- Close and lock the mixing bowl cover (c2).
- Check that the jug base (a2) is in place.
- Switch on the appliance using the speed selector (a4).
Mixing jug (d1)
- Lock the mixing jug (d1) on the motor unit (a1) (ensure that the mixing jug is empty and
contains no accessories).
- Close and lock the mixing jug lid (d2).
- Place your mixing jug (d1) on the mixing jug base (a2) with its lid (d2) and stopper (d3).
- Switch on. .
