vehicle is m oving is dangerou s. D ialing a nu m ber on a cell p h o n e w hile drivin g also
ties-up the driver's hands. Use o f these devices w ill cause the d river to be distracted
a n d c ould lead to a serious accident. I f a p a ssen g er is unable to use the device, p u ll o ff
the right-of-w ay to a safe area before use. I f use o f a cell p h o n e is necessary d esp ite
this warning, use a hands-free system to a t least leave the hands fre e to d rive the
