Troubleshooting
► Observe the amount of oil and cream used.
► Advise customer:
Observe correct dosage, temperature and detergent.
Also run prewash programme
► Colour fading on denim is caused by mechanical stress. This stress occurs when
the washing is used or washed
► Example:
► Treatment:
► The only option is to redye the washing.
► Prevention:
► This stress can be greatly reduced during the wash cycle by using the correct
detergent and the correct wash programme and by closing zips and pulling the
washing to the left.
