Troubleshooting
► Treatment: Redyeing may be possible
► Advise customer:
Check the fastness of the dyeing by wetting an item of clothing in an inconspicuous
location, placing a white cotton cloth on the item and pressing on the cloth with
a hot iron. Textiles which lose colour should be washed separately with a mild
detergent by hand or in the machine below 30 °C or cleaned by dry cleaning.
