Insert the bypass tray into the printer.
 Cleaning the Retard Roller and Paper Feed Rollers of Tray1
1.
Make sure that the printer is turned off.
2.
Gently pull and open the bypass tray.
Note
• If the bypass tray is already open, remove the paper on the bypass tray.
3.
Grasp both sides of the bypass tray, and then pull it out of the printer.
4.
Pull tray1 out of the printer.
