Once you have finished setting up patches, save the settings file. If your settings ever get changed,
you can recover your original patches by loading the settings file.

6-8. Setting up and launching NUENDO

Next, launch NUENDO. It will be displayed in the Device/DAW list; add NUENDO 6 to the
Workgroup.

Once you have added NUENDO 6 to the Workgroup, the mixer window will be displayed
full-screen.

In Section 6-5, you set up the physical order of the computer monitors and how they are addressed
by the operating system, but the first time NUENDO is launched, it will not recognize which
monitor to use for Nuage Fader, so you need to force NUENDO to recognize it (The NUENDO
Workspace window will be displayed on the monitor that the operating system recognizes as being
the main monitor, so Nuage Master should be displayed correctly). As shown below, hold down the
buttons SHIFT, CONTROL, ALT on the lower-left of the unit and press the "Section Control"
buttons numbered 1 through 8 at the upper right in order until the monitor that you want to use for
Nuage Fader has the right window.
