6D-6. Paper Feed Clutch Disassembly
Remove the rear cover (2 screws).

2. Remove the main PCB (2 screws, 4 connec-
tors). [FT3020]
Remove the optics PCB (1 screw, 4 connec-
tors). [FT3050/FT3060]
3 . Loosen the belt tension pulley (1 screw).
4. Remove the paper feed clutch support bracket
(2 screws) and the bushing.
Take the timing belt off of the paper feed drive

pulley.
6. Pushing the clutch pawl to the left, slide the
paper feed clutch assembly off the clutch
shaft (1 E-ring).
Be careful not to lose the parallel key.
CAUTION:
7. Hold the clutch hub and, take off the paper
feed drive pulley by turning the pulley clock-
wise.
