7. Remove the toner collection bottle.
with the rubber lid and transport it separately.
8. Remove the drum and transport it separately
in a drum box.
9. Remove the developer and clean the develop-
ment unit.
10. Clean the cleaning unit.
11. Reinsert the development unit, the cleaning
unit, and the drum flange.
12. Reset the drum stay and the charge corona
unit.
Insert a wedge between the registration roller

bushing and the lower registration guide plate.
14. Set the slide unit and tape down the slide unit
handle as shown on page 2-2.
15. Fix the front cover, the by-pass feed table, and
the platen cover with strips of tape.
