The fin of heat exchanger is
dirty or aged in cooling mode,
or the
strong.
The fan motor stopped running
in cooling mode, reversal and
run slowly. The water pump
didn't start up or less water
flow in heating.
Air is in system, filled too much
refrigerant(Generally happened
after maintenance.)
Abnormal power supply.
PCB mistakes to alarm.
Inform the customer service
center.

3) High temperature protection of condenser

High temperature protection of
condenser.
The fin of heat exchanger is
dirty or aged in cooling mode.
The installation position of unit
results in bad heat transfer of
condenser.
In cooling mode, the fan motor
stop running, reversal and run
slowly.
The temperature sensor of
condenser bring drifting when
collect temperature.
PCB mistakes to alarm.
