The following hard drives may not meet CallPilot 5.0 capacity requirements:

Note: The upgrade wizard will detect if your hard drives need to be
upgraded.
The 201i hard drive must be a minimum of 20 GB
The 1002rp hard drives must be a minimum of 36 GB.
Action
Shut down the Windows operating system.
Remove the 201i server from the card cage.
Remove the hard drive. Refer to CallPilot 201i Server Maintenance
and Diagnostics (NN44200-500) for instructions.
Install the new drive.
Refer to the written procedure included in the CallPilot 5.0 IPE 201i
disk drive upgrade kit NTZE58AA for instructions.
Insert the server back into the card cage.

Action
Label the hard drives according to their position in the server. For
example, drives 1 to 6 from left to right. Keep these drives as a
backup in case you need to back out of the upgrade.
Power off the server and remove all hard drives.
