10. Check that the indicator pin (5) of each injector is operated
correctly by turning the starting switch key of the machine
to ON position. The indicator pin (5) moves upward and
downward in piston motion if it is operated correctly.
INJECTOR POSITION IN AUTO-GREASING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR GREAS-
ING
The service grease nipple which is installed to injector does not have the counterflow prevention func-
tion. If the cap is left open, highly pressurized grease will spurt out when the grease pump operates,
and it is dangerous.
Be sure to tighten the cap.
The injector (a) discharges the grease which is discharged
from the grease pump to each greasing point. If the auto-greas-
ing system is not properly operated and greasing is not be per-
formed, perform the greasing manually through the service
grease nipple (b) of each injector.
REMARK
The service grease nipple (b) has no counterflow prevention
function. If the cap is left open, highly pressurized grease will
spurt out when the grease pump operates, and it is dangerous.
Be sure to tighten the cap.
