Network edge redundancy

Provide network edge redundancy. The following figure depicts an distribution switch pair
distributing riser links to wiring closets. If one edge layer switch fails, the other can maintain user
services.

on page 76. This setup is simple to implement and maintain, yet still provides redundancy if
one of the edge or distribution layer switches fails.
