Contacts List

Like the IP Handset, you can add, edit and delete contacts from the Web interface.
Use the Web interface to save contacts to the Communication Unit. 200 contacts can
be stored in the Communication Unit. The contacts are shared between the Commu-
nication Unit and IP Handset.
5.5.1

How to add a contact

Add a contact (contact name, phone number, and speed dial number) to the contacts
list as follows:
1. Click [Contacts] in the menu bar to show the [Contacts List] menu.
2. Click the [Add Contact] button.
The following pop-pup window appears.
3. Input a name of a party in the [Name] field.
You can use a maximum of 20 characters. You may use alphanumeric characters,
"_", and "-".
4. Input a phone number in the [Phone Number] field.
You can use a maximum of 32 characters. The available characters are numeric,
"#", "*", and "+".
5. Input a speed dial number if required in the [Speed Dial] field.
6. Click the [Add] button.
The message "Applied." appears.
7. Click the [Close] button. The contact details appear in the [Contact List].
