Disassembly Procedures
Removing and Replacing Oven
1. Turn off power to the oven at the circuit breaker.
2. Pull the oven forward out of the cabinet opening.
3. Disconnect or unplug the power cord leading from unit
to fuse box or junction box depending on unit.
5. Replace the oven using the installation instructions
and anti-tip bracket(s).
Control Glass Panel
1. Turn off power to oven.
2. Pull outward on top of control panel top trim, while
lifting upward on the top trim. Repeat procedure for
the other side.
3. Remove fluorescent bulb from socket, by spinning
bulb.
4. Remove screws securing light diffuser cover.
5. Remove burner control knobs, by pulling outward.
6. Lean control panel forward, and lay it down to gain
access to ribbon.
7. Release terminal plug securing ribbon, by pulling
outward on end relaese tabs of adaptor board terminal
plugs.
8. Slide ribbon out of terminal plug and remove.
9. Reverse procedure to reinstall control panel.
E.R.C. Display/Control Module
1. Turn off power to oven.
2. Refer to control glass panel for removal.
3. Remove screws securing rear top access panel.
While unplugging electrical connections pins may be
damaged, use extreme care when disconnecting.
4. Disconnect all electrical connector blocks from
E.R.C. unit.
5. Remove screws securing E.R.C..
6. Reverse procedure to reinstall E.R.C..
NOTE: Unlock and remove ribbon connectors from
P.C.B.'s. DO NOT "unfold" ribbon connector
bends otherwise ribbon will have to be refolded as
shown below.
TO AVOID THE RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK, PERSONAL INJURY, OR DEATH,
DISCONNECT POWER TO THE OVEN BEFORE SERVICING.
Adapter Board
1. Turn off power to oven.
2. Refer to control glass panel for removal.
3. Disconnect ribbon from terminal block.
4. Release plastic tabs (squeeze tab together) securing
board to metal frame.
5. Reverse procedure to reinstall adaptor board.
Transformer/Relay Board
NOTE: Requires removal of oven from cabinet.
1. Turn power off to oven.
2. Remove rear lower access panel from oven.
3. Disconnect and label wire terminals.
4. Release plastic tabs securing circuit board.
5. Reverse procedure to reinstall.
Infinite Switch
NOTE: Requires removal of oven from cabinet.
1. Turn off power to oven.
2. Refer to control glass panel for removal.
3. Remove top rear access panel.
4. Disconnect and label wire terminals.
5. Remove screws in front securing infinite switch.
6. Reverse procedure to reinstall.
Surface Indicator Lights
NOTE: Requires removal of oven from cabinet.
1. Turn off power to oven.
2. Refer to control glass panel for removal.
3. Remove top rear access panel.
4. Disconnect and label wire terminals.
5. Squeeze tabs on indicator lamp and pull out towards
the rear of unit.
6. Reverse procedure to reinstall.
Fluorescent Light Bulb
1. Lift up on front edge of backguard top trim. Swing top
trim towards rear of backguard.
2. Twist fluorescent bulb to remove it from sockets.

CAUTION
Wear gloves to protect hands from accidental bulb
breakage.
